With this news we want to talk about the Regional Wine Bar of Liguria, because we are aware that those who come on holiday in Liguria, and in particular in our Camping Baciccia di Ceriale, love good traditional Ligurian cuisine and wines of our territory.
The Regional Wine Bar of Liguria was born with the aim of enhancing the tradition, culture and productions that make the territory of Liguria unique.
It promotes the Ligurian regional wines and particularly those of Denomination of Origin and those obtained from organic and integrated farming methods, and for other typical products of Liguria.
Ortovero (Savona), Dolceacqua (Imperia), Genoa and Castelnuovo Magra (La Spezia) are the four headquarters of the Regional Wine Bar of Liguria.
The activity is particularly focused on the organization of educational and wine and food events, with tastings of local wines.
The Regional Wine Bar of Liguria of Ortovero is the nearest to Ceriale, in the Arroscia Valley, a few minutes drive from Camping Baciccia.
Large tracts of land with vineyards, many wine producers and the largest wine cooperative in Liguria characterizes this beautiful area.
This nice place is housed in the old Fruit and Vegetable Market, upgraded with an ad hoc project.
It’s spread over two floors: the wine shop is located in the basement and a large space dedicated to meetings lies at the upper floor.
Over time wine culture has grown a lot and this sector is strong in Liguria, because it boasts the production of excellent wines, as well as many typical products renowned throughout the world.
At the Regional Wine Bar based in Ortovero you can taste and buy excellent typical products and local wines, particularly to the Savona and the Imperia areas, such as the “Doc Riviera Ligure di Ponente”, the “Doc Ormeasco di Pornassio” and the Doc Quiliano.
