Alassio, music star in concert

October is still beautiful for the holidays in Ceriale and full of events, with music and food and beverages specialties.

The beautiful weather is going on and we are trying y to take every opportunity to load of sun, sea, mountains and good air.

We have an October full of events to liven up the evenings of a nice camping holiday in Ceriale, in western Liguria. Sporting events, food and wine, cultural and musical events.

Here is a musical and enogastronomic event together, to be held in Alassio, a few minutes drive from Ceriale, which will end the summer.

This is the new edition of When We Were Kids, to be held on October 6th  2018, which includes a concert in Piazza Pacini, while Borgo Baruzzo will welcome gourmets, with a food and beverage section.

The groups that will perform in  Alassio are those that made us dream many years ago, authentic legends of the '70s and' 80s: Cristopher Cross, Kid Creole and the Coconuts and Earth, Wind and Fire.

In Alassio the acute tone of the unmistakable voice of Cristopher Cross will resound, boasting an evergreen repertoire, such as "Ride like the wind", the dreamy "Sailing", the serenade in New York City of "Arthur's theme", from the film " Arturo ", (the title of the piece is" Best that you can do ") and" Never be the same ", passing to other hits like" Minstrel Gigolo "and" Say you'll be mine ".

With the usual 1950s look, the Kid Creole and the Coconuts will thrill us with the salsa-caribbean sound that dominated the slopes a few decades ago. Kid Creole and the Coconuts are true icons of disco music. Among their hits "Stool Pigeon", Annie, I'm not your daddy "," Endicott "and the immortal" Male curiosity ", part of the soundtrack of the film" Against all odds.

With a collection of dozens of Grammy Awards, many platinum albums, entire weeks at the top of the charts all over the world, here are the Earth, Wind and Fire. They will sing  successes such as "Boogie Wonderland", "September", "Fantasy", "After the love has gone": The group in Alassio will be led by Al Mckay, who with the late Maurice White founded the group, writing with him the most part of the music. They are sixteen great artists, true myths in their instruments, which make up the current group, still incredibly exciting to see live.

Here, even this unmissable autumn event will liven up your holiday evenings in our beautiful Ligurian territory.
